A Pranic Food That Helps You Defeat The Panic And Enhances Your Intellect(With A Quick Juice Recipe)

Updated: Sep 24, 2020

Your food intake can have a positive or negative influence on your life. In Yogic culture foods are categorized into three types: Positive pranic food, Negative pranic food and Zero pranic food.

The word pranic comes from a Sanskrit word "prana" meaning "vital life force" which is an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes prana or ki energy to heal the whole physical body. It also involves the manipulation of ki and bioplasmic matter of the patient's body.

Positive pranic food means it adds a certain amount of pranic energy to your system when you consume it, Negative pranic food stimulates you on a nervous level but it takes away the vital energy from the system and Zero pranic food neither adds nor takes away any energy it is just eaten for taste and lethargy.

Emotional instability is very much depended on the food that we eat. If we avoid food with negative pranic substances, we’ll find that it becomes easy to attain emotional balance. The negative pranic affects only these seven to eight food items, the rest all being positive. So, if you eat positive pranic food, energy will reverberate in a dynamic way.

Few Negative pranic substances that should be avoided to be eaten regularly:

Garlic: it is definitely a very powerful medicine if it is used properly. But if you put it in everyday food and eat it, it can cause much damage to you.

Onion: The body does not prefer onion. It shows it dislikes with irritation that the eye feels when we chop it.

Asafoetida: it is also one of the negative pranic items but is generally used in small quantities.

Brinjal: it is the only vegetable that actually has some poison in it. There is a certain enzyme in brinjal, which is capable of damaging the hypothalamus. Children should avoid this vegetable.

Chilli: it can be experimented with. However, if we abstain from it for some time and then take it, the body will reject it.

Coffee or Tea: they are very powerful nervous stimulants. Constant abuse of nervous stimulants will destroy the stamina in the long run. It will reduce the energy storage ability and make the period of old age a bit difficult. Needless to say, all drugs and other nervous stimulants are negative pranic.

Simplest Of All Positive Pranic Foods : The Ash Gourd

Ash gourd is one of the highly positive pranic foods. Because the vegetable has such high positive pranic energy, from thousands of years in Indian culture especially in south India, people put it in front of their home so that there is positive energy.

But now a day’s people are only hanging it in front of their house or breaking it at three corners of the road and giving it to the buffalo but not eating it themselves.

Therefore, if there is so much energy to it, isn’t it good to put it inside your own system?

It’s good to put it into you especially if you consume a glass of ash gourd juice every day, the number of cancerous cells in your body will dramatically come down, and you will see clearly the sharpness of your intellect enhances itself.

Consuming ash gourd daily, you will distinctly see your mind to be clearer and sharper.

This change will be noticeable within a few weeks of consumption of ash gourd.

In the morning people drink coffee, it gives them energy with agitation.

But drinking a glass of ash gourd juice, gives enormous amount of energy at the same time it keeps the mind very calm and reduces your panicking frequency overtime .

When we were eating for survival, we ate whatever we could lay our hands on.

Now that we have choices, we have to choose what’s best for the body.

If we don’t choose like this, then we will somehow live and go.

All these things are relevant only for those people who are constantly striving

how to better their life, how to perform little better, how to open up another dimension of life.

If these concerns are there, then what kind of food or fuel you put into this machine (your body) is very important.
